I have done Real Estate in California and earned the Real Estate license and certificate of property management in Houston. I am a member of HAR, MLS, NAR. I attend lectures and seminars to keep current on insurance, liability, contracts, new regulation, environment and other issues important to residential, land and commercial properties.
